Running long 2:01:17 [2] 17.19 km (7:03 / km) +336m 6:26 / km

Nice long run on Ilkley Moor with Hannah Banana.
Very gradually uphill and strong headwind for the first hour, then turned around and got it behind us on the way back! It's getting colder for sure. Good to get out, although legs didn't feel very sprightly at all. Also felt really really wiped out for a bit when I got back, then had some dinner and felt OK again.

'Technical run'. 11 mins easy, some stretches then 30mins a bit faster, over the roughest ground I could find (off path, through stream, over logs etc - although actually wasn't very rough at all), focusing on running really smoothly. Then 11 mins jog back easy.

4 x tempo loops of 1.26km (about 5 mins). Had a minute rest between each, except the last rest I had 2 mins to try and get myself to run harder on the final lap
Absolutely POURING with rain.
Good session but a bit annoying as could definitely have gone harder - but was told it was a mile loop so did the first a bit slower as I thought it was much longer, the second I was running on my own so was trying to remember where to go. 3rd and 4th I did a bit harder. But didn't feel too tired, but just couldn't seem to move my legs faster - probably still recovering from Tues.
But good!
