'Recovery run' with Indie and Dad - fun! Feet/ankles feel stiff and sore and tired.

Tough! The plan was to take it really really easy in the first 2 thirds and nail the last 3rd. I knew I wasn't fit for it so just wanted to enjoy it - but recently I've been starting to fast and then hating the rest as I just get passed constantly.
So this was the plan to counter it - it did work, although I was too tired to 'nail; the last part but did overtake a few. Just a bit unexciting being so slow and so far back, not really a 'race', but good training run. Need to get back to it!
