Bit of a waste of time! The Edge yoga classes seem rubbish this year. Going to join the society instead I think.

Strength and Conditioning (Piyo) 35:00 [2]

Mix of the strength side of yoga, pilates and other S&C. Ok but won't be going again, bit of a waste of time. It's like it tries to combine the 3 things but actually does all of them badly.
