Went out to the Waitakeres, wanted to find a nice trail path to do the session on... ran all the way tto the bottom of this dam to find the other trail and couldn't find it so had to run all the way back! Almost just went home as so grumpy but ended up going to a different trail on the other side of the road and just doing it anyway...

V glad I did- but super frustrating as this one was soooooooo muddy and twisty and rooty that it was impossible to actually run that hard, so didn't feel like I got the full benefit. But oh well, got it done yay.

3 x 'hill' reps... these are the apparently brutal hill reps the running group does... it was barely even a hill!?
Hill at the start then basically flat for most of it, then hill at the end... highly disappointing. And was dark by the time I was doing them, so only did 3. Glute/hip playing up again, same as in the long run randomly... need to stretch, not enough yoga

Swam a mile - nice to be back swimming, I missed it! Except forgot goggles so borrowed some from reception which were tiny and completed round so felt like my eyeballs were being extracted.

Run with Katie - super fun! Legs felt way better than I thought once got going, lungs died though as Air B&B had kittens so was massively allergic (I stroked them).
Glad I changed plan, wasn;t enjoying yesterdat in the end, and this was FUN.
