3 x 'hill' reps... these are the apparently brutal hill reps the running group does... it was barely even a hill!?
Hill at the start then basically flat for most of it, then hill at the end... highly disappointing. And was dark by the time I was doing them, so only did 3. Glute/hip playing up again, same as in the long run randomly... need to stretch, not enough yoga
