Home Insanity session as couldn't run (foot). Although foot did feel so much better walking around today! Fingers crossed for short run tomorrow.
Hard work, tired abs. Fun but looking forward to getting OUTTTTTSIDEEEE ASAP.
Appointment with Jackie. Turns out all the muscles which go down the outside of the shin/ankle and join into the foot underneath are all tight and slightly swollen - potentially from when I fell in the Glentress Half.
So it is just a little tweak, nothing major - so it's all good! Just need to do some self massage 3 times a day to encourage the fluid to move up.

REALLY enjoyed training today. Felt so tired all day and kind of ill, and almost didn't go, but had a banana and that sorted me out.
And felt like I was swimming really well, reaching forward and could feel my heels kicking higher up. And good session with lots of 50's/25's and faster swimming which was a nice change. FUN.
