Running (Tri training) 1:09:50 [3] 11.1 km (6:17 / km) +267m 5:37 / km
(injured)

Decided to test my foot out on the Tri run, as it wouldn't be fast...
did some massage on it before setting off and on my calves as they are seized up too.
Felt fine setting off, but started hurting after about 1km. Hurt quite a lot after 3km but decided to carry on as thought it might just be cold - as it was minus 10000000.
But got worse and worse and really hurting by about halfway, but had to keep going to get back otherwise would have been out for ages and froze :'(
Not good, and now limping (writing this the next day).
Booked in to see Jackie for Monday.

Stretching (Yoga) 30:00 [0]

Restructuring how I train a bit. Going to do blocks of 3 hard weeks then 1 week proper recovery, cutting the hours right back - as opposed to just bumbling along doing whatever. Think it will be more effective.
Left foot niggling from Sunday and feel like trying to do a hard week now would be silly and injure me, so starting with a recovery week with lots of dynamic yoga.
Fell on my head. But fun!

Strength and Conditioning (Yoga) 30:00 [1]
