Run up the hill to cheer on the 5k coming past, then warming up/down.

Running race (Braids Hill Race!) 43:49 [4] 9.3 km (4:43 / km) +193m 4:16 / km

Felt really rubbish warming up - but felt fine racing! Really enjoyed it actually! Maybe that means I should have pushed harder but oh well, it was fun and similar time to what I got last year, which I'm ok with as I was quite fit last year. Fun fun fun and nice temperature for running.

Swam a mile in the pool. Couldn't get into the rhythm as much today, feat felt heavy and just wasn't flowing as well. But good, might make it a standard Thursday morning thing I think.

Metafit with Amy. Really really good, nice to do a proper class workout, kind of like a mini Insanity, but not as hard for sure. But fun :)

Missed most of Floatfit as thought it was half past instead of 12 nooo :(
So stayed and swam after, got into the most amazing effortless rhythm which has never happened before, I was only going to do 20 lengths and then just kept going to 50, but could have kept going forever! Really enjoyed it.
