John Buchan Way run! Good fun and the weather held off, and nice juice and flapjack stop halfway. Good! Although legs felt tired.

climbing (Bouldering) 40:00 [4]

Alien Rock 2 - really good! Although really struggled to get into the flow on anything apart from the properly overhanging upside-down route, so basically stayed in the 'cave' the whole time! Arm stregth was suprisingly ok, but finger strength and my level of 'scaredness' going up the other walls with smaller holds was pathetic ha. FUN.

Was an absolutely BEAUTIFUL day so got off work early to go for a run in the light. Really shouldn't have ran so far considering my knee and the race on Sunday, and long run this Sunday, but it was just too good too miss, and felt SOOOOO much better afterwards. Haven't ran on my own properly out on the hills for too long. Really leasurly pace as legs tired from Sunday - stopped to look at the view, sat in a tree etc etc FUN :) feel much better.
