Really good! In Studio 1 now because of exams so thought it was gonna be horrible and even more hot than normal, but the air con was on sooooo much! Felt even sweatier during, but after wasn't and didn't feel critically dehydrated as normal - think because the air was cold the sweat didn't evaporate so felt worse but actually wasn't at all. lovely. Anyway really good.

Deadlift 3 rep max test today! Just built it up, got to 85 which was my max last time, then managed to do 90 wahooo! Tried 95 but could only do 1.

Knees a bit sore (the left esspecially) so a well deserved rest day and HANDED IN MY FINAL ASSIGNMENT. Afternoon off to lie in the sun and have a BBQ. :)
