Strength and Conditioning (Gym) 30:00 [4]
Was planning on doing chest and tri's but ended up just doing a few chest and then SQUATS because can't got to S&C on Wednesday.
Felt really strong?!
Did 6 x 40kg, 45kg, 50kg, 55kg, then 60kg.
So basically my 3 rep max is wrong, because I only managed to do 60kg for 3 two weeks ago, and now I am totally fine doing 6 ha. Ah well!
Really fun, then did some core :)
