Perfect cycling weather! Really warm, sunny and no wind! Amazing. Although really wasn't feeling a bike ride, have so much to do. :(( But did enjoy it in the end. :)

Strength and Conditioning (Climbing) 30:00 [3]

BOULDERING! First ever purely just bouldering sesh at the Lab. FUN! Although not enough time. Didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I did, but really really good. Was being a bit wimpy but oh well, just need to do more.

Really good session - Georgie told me that the GOGA instructer on a Friday made it tough, and it was pretty hard but still managable to be in the top end of the gears so really good! Will deffo go back to this one.

Exhausted now though, really need to catch up on sleep properly.

Had a deadline in so had a mad day and not much sleep. Was going to go spinning but thought it was probably a bad idea as exhausted, going tomorrow instead.

Strength and Conditioning (XC training) 30:00 [3]

Warm up, then hundle jumps, 4 sets of 6 squats of increasing weight (35, 40, 45, 50). Razer curls (hamstrings - 3 x 8 reps), hip thrusts (50kg, 3x8).... and then ran out of time so will do the rest later!

Bossed life and finished my assignment two hours early so I could go spinning.

Went back to a class with the same instructor who I used to go with last year hoping it would be harder - again way easier than normal?! So was wondering whether I am just way fitter/better at cycling so felt really pleased with myself, then I asked her after and she said there were new bikes with smalller gear changes, so nope, probably not THAT much fitter - ah well! It was fun at least and didn't exhaust me for the rest of the day which is good as I have so much to do!

Really good to go back to yoga today! Really fun and felt stronger than before in the arms and core - gym works!
Need to not overdo it in the next few weeks as have a million deadlines.
