Good sesh at Leeds Wall. However did some bouldering before starting and knakered my arms out too much so felt awful on the overhangs :(
Also really pulled something in my back - all swollen up on the RHS! But hopefully fine with some rest. :)
Really really really REALLY need to get way stronger - arms are so pathetic! Forearms are shot.
Absolute nightmare since Saturday as all of my work for my deadline yesterday got deleted so finished in at 3.30 this morning. No exercise for me, time to sleep!
