Iyenga Yoga with Sam - really good!
Much more about the stretching than with Eva, holding the poses for longer but really enjoyed it, going to try and get to all of his ones as well as Eva's if it fits my timetable :)

Horrible and misty all morning, then looked out of the window at about 1 and it was gorgeously sunny! Have been having the most unproductive day ever so thought I'd wake myself up by going for run and be extra productive after.
In reality it's just made me really sleep but hey ho such is life. #tomorrowisanewday
Just went down to the canal and along and across round the park on the other side then along a bit more and back :)
Chest and shoulders and tris and core woo!
Good, thought I had worked pretty hard on my arms because they felt exhausted, but they are still fine 2 days later? Need to try even harder next time!
Fun but SO SO busy at 3, need to avoid going at that time.
