Really good ride with Naomi to Bolton Abbey and back, really really enjoyed it! Legs are so tired now though, but using up my REDs BBQ voucher and getting a nice big burger so all is good.
Really windy, basically straight into the wind for most of the way there which wasn't fun, felt pretty tough. But then had an absolute blast straight back, that part only took about 1hr 15/20mins or something and was so much easier, more out of the wind, less hilly and shorter.
Overall good ride although felt quite tough/fast, not sure how Prague is gonne feel...

Had a really good week of training this week, legs just have felt really good even when tired it's always been a good tired and I have recovered quickly! :) :) :)

Oh also just figured out our avarage speed was 21.4km/h or 13.3mph WOOP.

Really really good spinning sesh! Tried to go for a bike ride this morning, but had a mare with the bike. Pumped up my front tyre as it seemed kind of soft, rode down the road to meet the others and it seemed way soft again so decided to change it before we got started, but the other one was immediately punctured as well! Must have been one i forgot to mend or something... anyway we called it a day and did spinning instead, ride tomorrow now it's all fixed!

Just a jog. Calves and feet feel tired/stiff, need a stretch. Throat is really sore/one my glands is massive and really hurts, not sure why - hence the short jog. Hopefully will get a good sleep and feel better and will be able to do a nice weekend of biking.

Did some random weight stuff which waiting (hahaaaa weight-ing?!) for spinning. Such fun.

Really really weird spinning session, but good, not too hard so was a nice introduction back to the spinning world. SO SWEATY - and I swear all of the other girls didn't try AT ALL because they weren't even red.

Unplanned gym sesh with Naomi. Ran for a while, but SO boring being on the treadmill. Did 3km in the end, the last 3 quite fast so will put them seperate.

Meanward Valley Trail run - just wanted to get out, decided to just run and see how I felt and then decide how far to go - in the end felt pretty good and relaxed so jogged for longer than planned, really enjoyed it :)
