Rest rest rest - still felt totally wiped out when I got up this morning and ended up going to bed for another couple of hours. Bit better since then though.

Ankle painful when moving/tilting it but a bit better, can feel that niggle under my foot though when walking around.

Having a bit of a mare with life at the moment.
1) Still ill, basically since Easter
2) Long story short fell dramatically down some stairs on Thursday and twisted my ankle/bruised EVERYTHING and banged my head so thought I had concussion yesterday and felt very ill.

Still felt exhausted this morning but thought I may as well start the race and see how I felt - felt AWFUL and foot and ankle hurt so dropped out.

Feel like I just need to focus on getting better and exams at the moment and stop trying to do these ridiculous races! Still, glad I did the first hill just so I knew I tried :)

Felt rubbish yesterday. Feel like I need to sort my life out - everything seems to be a shambles! After the fell race this weekend just going to have a few weeks of really easy stuff, just trying to keep things ticking over and DO MORE STRETCHING. Then I can focus on exams and hopefully get rid of this constant cough/coldy thing.

Anyway on a brighter note, LOTS of fun at body pump again - love it!!!
