Absolutely loved this run!
My legs just felt good and it seemed to flow really well. Quite nice day as well, good temperature for running. So nice to be out. Lungs didn't feel great and gave me a bit of bother, but definitely don't feel any worse now.
FUN!

So much fun! Love love love it. Was working those clean and press's.
Was going to do a really light weight on the legs then go for a jog, but realised I wouldn't be able to fit a run in anyway so did normal weights and will go running in the morning.

GOGA Orienteering at Bramley Woods. Just running around between the different groups of people and checking that they were ok - had such a fun evening!!! Great event :)
