Running warm up/down 15:00 [3]

Running race (BUCs XC) 30:29 [5] 6.0 km (5:05 / km) +30m 4:57 / km

Wasn't feeling it in the morning at all, had been feeling like I was about to get a cold, but managed to syke myself up for the race in the end! Great atmosphere, so much fun, and the IDEAL course (almost no flat - yayyy!) - tough, but really enjoyed it. Didn't think I could have gone any harder but afterwards and today (Sunday) my legs feel absolutely fine, so think it was really just my lungs that slowed me down (was feeling pretty tight/blocked up in the morning) which is a shame as it means I could have gone quite a bit faster I think,

Oh well, was fun fun fun :) and nice to see everyone.

Running 1:39:00 [3] 16.0 km (6:11 / km)

Meanwood Valley Trail! Made up the route, didn't go as far as I wanted to as my knee hurt (getting FREE physio next week wooo), and had lectures to get too! But I REALLY need a garmin, had to roughly estimate the distance from google maps as don't even know where I went properly let alone distance!
Anyway, really really enjoyed it, don't feel tired at all even though I did when running. But fun, beautiful weather in the morning, only started snowing/blizzard again at the end woop. :)

Nice quick climbing session with Naomi and Chris (Get Out Get Active Program), did 4 climbs, that is all, and I can still feel it in my wrists/forearms! Really really enjoyed it, need to go in there more man!!!

Run to the Union for the O-ing GIAG, then back after. Just walked round the short course with a new guy from India. Fun!

Running warm up/down 22:00 [3]

Ran to Bodington, then did some drills/strides to warm up

Running intervals 12:00 [4]

4 x normal loop (involving a 'hill section' ie slight incline), then 2 x longer loop (extra incline) then 1 x normal loop to finish. Good session, meant to be a 'sharpner' for BUC's this weekend apparently, although the normal loops were 1.5mins generally

Circuits session, never tried this class before - but really enjoyed it! Refreshing to go to a gym class without all of the adrenaline music / only girls for once!
