Met Alice for a run! So nice to get out, my foot felt quite painful at the start but might be because I'd just got out of bed/haven't stretched this week much, but warmed up and stopped hurting, and it's fine now. I tried to run evenly on my feet using both ankles equally but not sure if it worked. I've decided the root of all of my problems is probably from my lack of foot/ankle strength, and core. So I need to get on that, will write out an official program for myself to make it more motivational I think.
