Decided I should take up swimming.
Thought I would hate it, as last time I went swimming I hated it, but I actually really really enjoyed it! I think I'll start going one morning per week, seeing as I'm pretty bad at it, it should be very beneficial!
10 lengths breaststroke to warm up.
Then alternated between breaststroke and front crawl for 10 lengths
Then did five sets of two lengths front crawl and one length breaststroke
Then did two sets of five lengths front crawl and one length breaststroke.
Three lengths breaststroke to warm down.
Arms and shoulders feel nice and tired now :)
