ADVENTURE RECCY!
Biked up Ennerdale, ran over Haystacks and to the coll above Honister and back. Lovely weather, snow and ice, fell over and almost broke my elbow - but good :)

Felt really rubbish all day, for the last three days I've just felt like I cant breath, then had a massive headache all morning and felt generally pathetic. Felt a bit better when I got home and feel ok now, so went running :) will sleep loads and hopefully be fine!
