Couldnt feel my knee on the first flat part, then started to feel it on the uphill, then ok but a bit painful on the flat/undulating part, then started to hurt properly on the downhill, so walked the steep field.
Think the uphill makes it tighten up but doesnt cause pain as there is less impact and small strides, then feel the pain going downhill because of the impact and long strides.
