Pretty fast run, was on fireeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
Leg hurting after ten minutes on the flat but went up the hill anyway, much more sore than the other times but probs because I've not done my stretching the last two days.
Enjoyed it, nice to do some real exercise =)
Couldnt face another bike ride so went for a run up the hill and just decided to keep going if the pain was bearable.
Was ok until about 15 minutes when the hill levelled out then it started being painful, but never got bad enough to stop or limp so it was ok. Felt so unfit though! =S
