Jog to test out the leg again - didnt really notice any improvement from last time, pretty sore at 11 minutes and limping by 15, did go slightly up and down though but it wasnt steep.
Circuit exercises, strength work, core and balance - missed out the running section because it was a 10 minute tempo hill rep thing.
Leg/knee felt fine.
