Running warm up/down 13:00 
Pretty slowww jogging, had a spectacular fall running across the road this morning and messed up my knee massively, so its not bending very well now, and pretty much scraped everything else.
Loving my collection of injuries =)
orienteering race (Swwwweden) 1:21:05  5.1 km (15:54 / km)
A lot of limping, a lot of trying to warm my hands up while running and reading the map, not a very good combination - also was just getting more into the orienteering (given up on the running) then fell head first into a extremely muddy marsh and got all cold again, and found ANOTHER injury at the end, big cut on my hand =) But otherwise good XD
