Orienteering 1:15:00 [4]

Lots of little races as jircs training, really enjoyed it and felt like i was running really well and the knee only started hurting properly around the end of it =)

Orienteering race (Ladies Table and Hogg Woo) 49:31 [4] 4.0 km (12:23 / km) +160m 10:19 / km

Really enjoyed it, and my knee wasnt to bad at all and felt I was running really well in the terrain so happy XD
Made some rubbishy route choices though because think I started off to fast, and was still wayyy behind charlotte "/ but ah well it was fun and the knee wasnt bad so all good =)

Did loadssssss because did some during the day when watching waterloo road, then some after o-ing :)
think I should stretch before races more often because I just felt to much better and agile and un-stiff =)

Really pleased with how my knee felt, then again it seems fine running uphill, but on the jog down it held out pretty well! XD

Running 16:15 [1] 1.55 km (10:29 / km)

Walk/jog back down the hill between each rep =) took ages because was going slowly so as not to aggrivate the knee =)
