Well I had a nice fun day talking to lots of strangers really XD
Went round the wholeeee town trying to find a job and had a nice chat to all the pub and cafe owners XD and had a nice talk with the campsite man as well =)

Knee wasnt feeling to bad after 2 days running before, so I decided to go for a nice long gentle jog in the boiling heat.
I added in the bit that goes down and back up the massive hill, which takes ages when you're just jogging, so that was good, SUCH a nice day I love sunny lake district XD

Knee held out pretty well, untill I got to the downhill and then it just compeltly and utterly died, so I had to stop and walk, tried to jog a bit but hurt to much =( Its calmed down a bit now though and I might put some ice on it later =) Going back to the physio on Monday as well.

Really nice day and nice course, and was running really well for some/most of it and enjoyed it, BUT!
For some STUPID reason, because Im obviously just a completly brainless and stupid person, I went to number 8, got there, and thought i was actually at number 9, so tried to go to number 10 and obvously got extremly confused as half the time i was looking at the map navigating from number 8 and the other half from number 9... then after being really really confused for ages i figured it out, STILL not realising i hadnt actually been to number 9, then only realised when i was sitting down afterwards.

Soooo that was a bit of a stupid mistake really.

Went in the lake with hannah which was freeeeeeeezzzzzzzinggggggg but for some reason (i think she;s ill or something) she decided to keep going back in and was swimming around for agesss being wierd and not cold! Then went to the pub so all good XD

Orienteering race (Stickle Pike - LOC Event) 56:14 [4] 5.5 mi (10:13 / mi) +325m 8:38 / mi

Drove 10000000000000000000000000000000000000 miles to get to this random event =)
But it was good, and my knee wasnt toooo painful so thats good! Felt really slow as usual and just not fit at all, but it was good =) only a minute and a bit behind my sister (even though she was just jogging) and beat will rigg wooo XD
