Running race (Fellrace) 54:35 [4] 4.5 km (12:08 / km) +550m 7:32 / km
In Buttermiere, went up and around Robinson, along the pass and up to High Snockrigg Summit, then back down the same way but via Robinsons Summit.
So quite a lot of climb / longer than the other ones so far I think... but really enjoyed it, legs where keeping going really well and was feeling good, and taped my ankle up and was soo much better on the downhill because of it. Also it was really REALLY windy, and it really helped because it was pushing behind all the way up, and helped to keep balanced on the way down.
So really enjoyed it, also was more like strength training because it was so steep, so never really got out of breath it was just a matter of working the muscles!
