Wandering round Ennerdale taking pictures and trying to figure out how the hell to be a pro photographer =P

Running warm up/down 17:15 [3] 3.0 km (5:45 / km) +90m 5:00 / km

ran up the hill =)

Running intervals 4:54 [4] 1.0 km (4:54 / km) +30m 4:16 / km

First interval session since before last summer or something rediculous! So wasnt killing myself doing them, just getting a little taste of the pain, and only did two =)

Had a really really rubbish torch because I couldnt get the big one to work, but had a man with a massive torch following me the whole way so it didnt make a massive difference really =) really enjoyed it, felt really good running and was running up the hills without to much pain!
Navigation was really good, got some really good bearings practise in, only stupid mistake was no12 where I chose a stupid route choice and got caught up in a load of horrible gorse bushes, and still have about 15 thorns in my hand which wont be going away any time soon! So then the massive line of people behind me all went off the right way, while i wasted time, then I caught the man up who had been following me before straight away at the next control, and he carried on following me the whole way round! Useful torch though =)

Anyway, it was a really good run =)
