Running warm up/down 12:00 [3] 2.0 km (6:00 / km)

Orienteering race (Hutton Roof & Dalton ) 1:20:50 [4] 5.6 km (14:26 / km) +240m 11:53 / km

Quite a technical course but was all going well untill number 5 which I made a stupid mistake on, just the result of being pulled off course by trying to run over limestone I think.
Then after that was all going well and was navigatiing well untill 12, where I got lost in a load of rocks and because I didnt have dobs on, could only walk so it took ages to relocate, and the first time I tried to relocate I just got lost again "/
Soooo I wasnt in the greatest of moods when Id finished, but i did enjoy the first part, even though I was being extremely extremly slow

Roan Head? - sand-dune area

Did an exercise that i cant remember the name of, then got shadowed around the control flow which went well =) then did some of the control pick, then a race.

Was good just realised how ridiculously slow and unfit I am after no training, can generally keep going without getting tired just cant run fast at all any more =(

Warm down collecting controls, but owens kept getting lost so it took agessss.

Really nice day, and not feeling as exhausted as yesterday so decided to get out!
Didnt feel very fit at all, but was good to go anyways =) overtook a strange man who seemed to be going up the hill not on the path at all and zigzaging all over the place... wierd!
Party tomorrow, then squad weekend, going to be goooood XD

Had my knee scan today, so hopefuly some results by the end of next week! If the doctor says he doesnt know whats wrong Im going to have to strangle him.
