Running warm up/down 10:00 [3] 1.0 km (10:00 / km)

Ran to start and did a few drills

Orienteering race (Club Chase ) 1:07:44 [4] 5.7 km (11:53 / km) +170m 10:20 / km

Ponsonby Tarn - Blue course - 31 controls!

Made me realise how much I've missed orienteering! Really really enjoyed it, even though it was a horrible day =)
The course had loads of controls, and seemed to go on forever and ever, but really really enjoyed it, felt pretty worn out on the last few but felt I had ran pretty well, no big mistakes and seemed to be focusing/navigating/running well, so really pleased =)
Exhausted now - longest and hardest I've ran for since september by far because of the knee!

But won the blue so that was good XD

Running warm up/down 5:00 [2]

Legs felt pretty dead - good

Running 44:00 [3] 7.0 km (6:17 / km) +100m 5:52 / km

Most epic run of my life!

Was SOOO windy, but decided I really wanted to go for a run because finally had time after loads of art work for school, so went up the hill. Couldnt run straight because the wind just blew you sideways but basicly sprinted up the hill without any effort because of the wind just pushing so hard behind, then when I got up towards the top decided to go along the open part because the forest would be to dangerous, but the wind was so strong as I got to the highest point it just got behind me and was pushing me along so fast and couldnt stop, and was just going to end up pushing me off the end of th ridge, so just had to sit down and slide down the other side of the hill to try and get out of the wind. Then had to try and run back home into the wind, without it pushing me backwards. THEN it started hailing which was sooo painful! So it wasnt the greatest first run to start easing back into training really, but glad I went anyways, made the hot bath feel even nicer!

Also have the MRI scan on my knee on the 9th which is good because (hopefully) will actually find out whats wrong with it!
