Went to the physio yesterday which was really helpful...
turns out after i bashed the side of my kneecap, when it healed it pulled it back over to far, because it healed to fast/in the wrong way, so when the knee cap rolls when you bend your leg, it wasnt sitting in the groove properly and was to one side so was pushing on the bone... so PAIN =P
Anyway she bullied it to break up some of the healing stuff and made it sit in the middle a bit more, which was painful, then got ultrsound on it as well =)
And now cant run, especially downhill, but can do like really hard walks uphill and some gentle cycling and see how it goes =)
