Orienteering race (whinlatter) 1:24:00 [3] 6.3 km (13:20 / km) +480m 9:39 / km

This really didnt count for orienteering - horrible horrible area, worst i've ever been on!
+torrential rain, wind = not fun

Jog up the hill

Orienteering (O/terrain running) 26:16 [3]

Did some controls off a setmurthy map with Dad - swapping the map at each one, kind off like a first controls/terrain running exercise - not the greatest area for orienteering though!

Running 20:53 [2] 3.5 km (5:58 / km)

jog back down the hill =)

Beat my pb for this run!! Finallyyyy got under 40mins =)

Was meant to just be a jog, and it was like half 8 so dark, and had to run through loads of cows..
But then realised I was running quite fast so pushed it on the way down to beat 40mins =D so ended up a bit of a beast... didnt feel like a was pushing rthat hard at all though =)
