Really hard work - it was something like 27 degrees - so hot! We came 2nd though which was good seeing as 3 of our best players got injured so couldnt play the final =)

Orienteering race (club summer league) 47:19 [4] 5.4 km (8:46 / km) +220m 7:17 / km

Didnt do great, was quite tired and a long way there so was half asleep by the time we got there! Did ok on the last part though, just really messing navigating =( Good though =)

Orienteering race 1:00:00 [4] 5.25 km (11:26 / km) +250m 9:14 / km

Grisdale - one of the south lakes battleaxe ones so a 1hour score event, managed to get a time of 1hour exaclty! Got all but one of the controls, but just wasnt orienteering or running very well, and a really scratty area , good though =)

Running warm up/down 15:00 [2]

Cross training/Circuits 28:00 [4]

2 x this circuit

1 short lap,
10 of each - press ups, burpees, wall jumps, star jumps and squat thrusts,
1 medium lap,
5 x a jump/balance circuit thing,
1 long hilly lap

Took about 10 mins each =)

Then did it again but missed out the last lap because ran out of time =)
