JHI selection - Midland Champs
Had a really good run apart from one control which I made a stupid mistake and lost about 2mins 30 on!
1# Really short leg which I was quite pleased with because I flowed straight through it well

2,3# Good, abit to high on 3 but otherwise really good

4# My stupid mistake; was going well but just lost concentration and the rides weren't as obvious as I expected so went into the wrong section of fenced off wood and didnt realise untill Id lost quite a bit of time!!! Really annoying but relocated well and didnt let it affect the rest of the race =)

All of the rest spot on apart from a bad route choice to 12 but otherwise amazing!!! =D

Quite annoying though because florence beat me by 17s and it was just 4 i lost time on all the rest my splits were faster!!! And quite alot of them where faster than lucy's aswell!! But good because I know I can do it because of the splits =D

Usual run - was going to do my time trial but didnt think it would be such a good idea before sunday =)

Anyway it was good was going well except got chased by sheep at one point!! And good time seeing as I couldve gone quite a bit faster =D

Fell race - 'flat' fell

Started really well and had such a good mental attitude but then halfway up the first hill started feeling sick and by the time id got to the first marker (10mins) I felt really bad and couldnt run =(
So when Dad caught me up went back down because it was REALLY windy and POURING with rain so if I wasnt running I would just get really cold =(

Think it was because Id had hardly anything to eat all day then had a banana and hot cross bun straight before the race which wasnt a good idea =/

Anyway felt fine by the time Id got down which was really really annoying because I really wanted to run and should have just kept going =(
