Running intervals 8:45 [5]
Did some really random intervals/hills because just made it up - but made sure all the 'rest' was jogging instead of nothing
(after warmup) I sprinted up the hill to the first gate (1:43) then jog recovery then sprinted to the next (1:21) then recovery, then 3 x a tiny steep hill (about 10s each) then jogged back to the field and did 5 sprints of each length with the width as recovery =) each length took about a minute which was good =)
Good to do intervals with jogging as recovery as I dont usually do that!!!
