Cold just got worse and felt awfull yesterday and worse today so am off school =(

not feeling to great and very tired so an extra rest day to get everything back to normal!

cross training 40:00 [4]

Different stuff on the cross trainer... pyramid (increasing/decreasing resistance), 5 x 1 min intervals, holding weights above head etc

Running tempo 1:03 [5]

Running up and down this set of stairs x 5 with a foot on each step each time, I WON WOOO!!! =D
