Started off wayyy to fast and just couldnt keep going atall just found it such hard work so had to stop... =/

Started quite slow but still found it really hard! Must be a bad day for the legs!

Had planned to do another rep but dont think it would have done any good as I was finding it so hard to keep going even at a steady pace... just jogged back =)
