Orienteering race (club chase) 44:22 [4] 5.3 km (8:22 / km) +155m 7:18 / km

Manesty Park (Hawes End)
Really really good orienteered well and was reallt good to do a proper race again in the light!!! Also good because everybody was running at the same time so ran really well because of it =D reallyyy fun =D

Orienteering (night o) 50:10 [3] 4.6 km (10:54 / km) +220m 8:48 / km

New area... Low Fell

Didnt really enjoy it bacause was in a grumpy mood before I started so wasnt really focused or anything but it was good to orienteer again!!! Tried to concentrate on navigation because legs felt all stiff - made quite a few mistakes but still...

10 x 30s sprints with 1 min rest inbetween each one.. jogging back down

Running (rest) 10:00 [2]

Running 3:00 [2]

jog and rest before the next hill reps

Running hills 1:33 [5]

Started off wayyy to fast and just couldnt keep going atall just found it such hard work so had to stop... =/

Running hills 1:28 [5]

Finished off the rep

Running (rest) 4:00 [2]

jog back down to start of reps

Started quite slow but still found it really hard! Must be a bad day for the legs!

Had planned to do another rep but dont think it would have done any good as I was finding it so hard to keep going even at a steady pace... just jogged back =)

1 minute of jogging inbetween the exercises

Cross training/Circuits 10:00 [4]

10 exercises which we had to do for 1 minute and count up.. quite hard work

Running tempo 5:00 [5]

Running 10:00 [2]

2nd circuit: 30s hard on each exersise, then in the break we did 30s easy running, 30s sprint, 30s easy, before going on to the next exersise.... hardcore stuff =D
