Running (long run) 1:18:17 [3]

A new route that goes up the hill in the forest and round all these barly visible and windly paths so good terrain running...
Just going quite gently to see how I feel - felt fine but still not 100%... didnt feel very strong running

good to start training again though - think i've been ill for a month!! =S

Had to do it at school so was running on my own for 2 levels... got to 10.6

So did ok seeing as I've been ill for 3/4 weeks and had noone to run with...

manages 39... not great and wasnt pushing very hard
