We're doing a 50km challege thing were we do 50km total on different machines over a period of time =)
So today I did the cross trainer one - never been on this machine and found it quite hard to get a good pace going and push myself but was ok... managed a bit better towards the end because had to speed up so i could get home in time!!! =)

Legs felt so tired today!!! Was good hard training though =)
