Couldnt do the o-ing because of all the snow!! So did some drills and ran around in the wood by the hostel for a bit =D =D

Orienteering (nwjs xmas bash) 1:30:00 [2]

Not sure of distance - was just jogging/walking because of my cold - also got cut short because it started snowing really hard and was freezing!!! Had an amazing snowball fight after though!!! =D =D =D

Run up the hill to the start of the time trial

Not as fast as last time =S last time was in June (sure I have done one since then but apparently not!)
Last time I got 15:26
This time was 16:00

Think it might have been the dark/mud/tired out legs/time off year that slowed me down but dont really know...

Had to do as many laps as we could of the hall in 5 minutes - did 48 1/2 =)

cross training tempo 47:08 [4] 9.0 km (5:14 / km)

We're doing a 50km challege thing were we do 50km total on different machines over a period of time =)

So today I did the cross trainer one - never been on this machine and found it quite hard to get a good pace going and push myself but was ok... managed a bit better towards the end because had to speed up so i could get home in time!!! =)

Legs felt so tired today!!! Was good hard training though =)
