usual route

really windy, it was hard to run straight!!! Also pouring with rain/hail and freezing cold, was horrible and feel exhausted and ill now =(

Gutted I couldnt go to Britsh Schools it's like the event of the year!!!

Running warm up/down 18:23 [3]

Run up the hill; going faster than a usual warm up because it was getting dark

Running intervals (1km terrain) 9:40 [5]

The usual 1km loop but this time it was dark and muddier than usual... windy up and down path...

just did it twice because it was to dark to do anything else

ran back down to the schools playing fields to do some speedy intervals on easy ground... preperation for the weekend!

Whole of Cockermouth Main Street has river going through it - was wading along it thigh deep!!!! No orienteering and to wet and windy to go running or biking so seeing as there;s a flood that might never be as bad a again i thought i'd be allowed the day off training =P

Feel absolutly exhausted I almost fell asleep in maths (suprise suprise) so will do intervals on friday instead =)

cross training 10:00 [2]

On the backwards cycling machine thing again for a warm up

Running 5:00 [4]

running around these cones (agilitiy) in the big hall, going faster each time

Cross training/Circuits 15:00 [4]

Using step up blocks and weights!

We had a minute to do 30 steps (really slow) then again but 50 steps (faster)
Then after a few we had to use the weights on the harder minutes, holding them above our head, then stretched out in fron, the sideways then swinging them, which was quite hard - sore arms!!

backwards cycling thing again

Cross training/Circuits 10:00 [4]

10 minutes continuous circuit of 1 lap, 10 exercises, 1 lap, 10 of the next exercise etc
