Running (long run) 1:04:00 [3] 10.0 km (6:24 / km) +200m 5:49 / km

felt so so tired and i just couldnt make myself run i had to walk on some of the hills and they werent even steep

also had to run through loads of really jumpy cows and then this baby bull was following me, and had to run right past another MASSIVE bull which was like a tank and started stamping at me =S

overall not great i just need sleep!!!!

Orienteering race 48:00 [3] 2.9 km (16:33 / km) +270m 11:18 / km

really horrible course at grisdale =S

tired so wasnt going to go fast anyways but it was so steep that i was impossible to run anyways - and it was just as slow going up than it was going down!! also wasnt orienteering well atall i just couldnt focus. Then on the flat bits there were loads of brashings and trees so it was still really slow

anyway didnt enjoy it very much =S

Orienteering race (park race) 20:00 [3] 2.8 km (7:09 / km)

really bad!!!

have done something to my neck so wasnt going very fast because it hurt. Then felt sick half way round aswell
THEN!!! Cleared my dibber because thought it was download at the end!! So just guessed the time :)

had pie and chips though so its all good =)

Running (usual run) 41:00 [4] 7.0 km (5:51 / km) +120m 5:24 / km

Was going to do hill reps but have done something to the muscle that goes down the front of my right leg (that lifts your foot up) so went on a usual run instead =)
was going to do a short gentle one but ended up going quite fast and doing the usual length =)

1# running and dynamic stratching and random stuff
2# lots of strength and stretching kindoff work
3# hardcore circuit - running and exercises

good but not a very hard week which was ok because my legs are tired at the moment =)

Note

started a weekly paperround today so up even earlier!!! also have to cycle up the big hill on the way back so good training lol =P
