Cross training/Circuits 40:00 [4]
we got there really late so that's why i only did 40mins of it
did a bit of strength at the start, then a circuit;
had to do a lap of the school, then 2 of each 10 different exercises (staddle jumps, press ups, wall jumps, squat thrusts, burpees, dorsal raises, vee bends, star jumps, spotty dogs and sit ups)
then another lap and 4 of each 10 different exercises..
and so on up to 10
then 3 more laps afterwards.
(circuit: 14mins)
then finished with some stretching =)
good but felt really tired at the start, but was ok once i'd warmed up =)
