felt a bit better this moring and kindoff got worse during the day but its not to bad =) will go to bed super early and rest all week =)

was the last day of school today wahoooo!!!

Think i have a cold =(

was sneezing loads at school and thought it was just hayfever but was inside all day and just got worse and worse =(

and now i've got a headace aswell =(

it better not be swine flu

Running warm up/down 22:30 [2] 2.4 km (9:22 / km)

WU: dynamic stretches and jogging
WD: jog and some stretches

Running intervals 24:40 [5] 5.0 km (4:56 / km)

10 x 300m with 200m jog in between each one

Did them on the playing fields so every other one was slightly uphill =)

was good, kept going well but didnt feel very fast, even at the start

Cross training/Circuits 40:00 [4]

we got there really late so that's why i only did 40mins of it

did a bit of strength at the start, then a circuit;

had to do a lap of the school, then 2 of each 10 different exercises (staddle jumps, press ups, wall jumps, squat thrusts, burpees, dorsal raises, vee bends, star jumps, spotty dogs and sit ups)

then another lap and 4 of each 10 different exercises..

and so on up to 10

then 3 more laps afterwards.
(circuit: 14mins)

then finished with some stretching =)

good but felt really tired at the start, but was ok once i'd warmed up =)

Running (long run) 1:01:11 [3] 9.9 km (6:11 / km) +200m 5:37 / km

rainingggg!!!! i think i've actually missed running in the rain this summer!!!

felt really good and was hardly out of breath atall at the end! =D
