Running race 5:45 [5] 1.5 km (3:50 / km)
Athletics competition with school - In Lancaster - 1500m
Lower left right leg was really hurting warming up but once i started it was ok =) Legs felt quite heavy and tired but it was an ok race - came 7th out of about 18 (against yr 10s aswell)
no idea whether it's a good time or not - think i could have been faster on a better day but was an ok race

Cross training/Circuits 1:00:00 [3]
walked in the house after athletics, got changed and went straight out again!
really long warm up (lots of stretching - and about 40pressups!) (35mins)
then a quite hard circuit:
ran to different cones and did exercises at each one, then back and on to the next one
1# 10 press ups
then again with another cone with 12 wall jumps
and agian + another cone with 14 straddle jumps
and again + another one with 16 burpees
then we did it again + another cone with 18 vee bends but we did it in threes with only 2 people running at the same time so you missed out a cone very 3rd one
then again + 20 squats
very tiring after athletics!
