Orienteering race (galopen) 1:11:00 [3] 5.8 km (12:14 / km) +225m 10:15 / km

Yewdale Fell

Really bad run - went to some friends party last night so didnt have much sleep so was really tired

so just walked up the first half because it was all uphill and wasnt really concentrating

it got better towards the end though so it was ok =) was a really technical area aswell - loads of contour detail =)

Orienteering warm up/down 35:00 [2]

walk/jog to start and walk/jog back

Havent done anything the last few days because when I woke up on Wednesday could hardly walk because my leg hurt so much! =(

Think its ok now but im really really tired so will have one more rest day then get back to the training =D

Running race 5:45 [5] 1.5 km (3:50 / km)

Athletics competition with school - In Lancaster - 1500m

Lower left right leg was really hurting warming up but once i started it was ok =) Legs felt quite heavy and tired but it was an ok race - came 7th out of about 18 (against yr 10s aswell)

no idea whether it's a good time or not - think i could have been faster on a better day but was an ok race

soooooooooooo shocking at this! think i came last! =S

Cross training/Circuits 1:00:00 [3]

walked in the house after athletics, got changed and went straight out again!

really long warm up (lots of stretching - and about 40pressups!) (35mins)

then a quite hard circuit:
ran to different cones and did exercises at each one, then back and on to the next one
1# 10 press ups
then again with another cone with 12 wall jumps
and agian + another cone with 14 straddle jumps
and again + another one with 16 burpees

then we did it again + another cone with 18 vee bends but we did it in threes with only 2 people running at the same time so you missed out a cone very 3rd one

then again + 20 squats


very tiring after athletics!

Orienteering 40:00 [1]

helped with the school o-ing again - put out and collected in controls - just walking

think i've done something to my left leg because it really hurts whenever i run; which isnt good as im meant to be doing 1500m tomorrow at an athletcis competition
