Burnam Beeches National -

did really well was a nice area (forest with thickets but still fast)

came 4th so am really pleased because i was agains people from my age group and the top year 16s so was really good =D =D

made mistakes on 5 and 6 but relocated quickly so thats good
also was getting tired from about number 9 but managed to keep going ok

but i f i hadnt made the mistakes i would have beat charlotte because she got 46:00!!!

but still really enjoyed it and had a really good weekend =D=D

Orienteering race (JOK prologue) 26:38 [5] ***** 2.6 km (10:15 / km) +60m 9:11 / km

really bad run - made loads of mistakes and one big one on number 6 - dont know why but was very fast and technical

came 6th out of about 11

Orienteering race (JOK 'final') 22:18 [5] ***** 2.5 km (8:55 / km) +50m 8:07 / km

better run but still not good - made one big error and lots of small ones again

think i caught someone up but somone overtook me so i was still 6th at the end

did the winlatter north and south routes - the south one was meant to be closed but we went and did it anyway

was really good and we went to the cafe so even better!!!! :P

Cross training/Circuits 1:00:00 [3]

really easy for the first 35 mins - so very long warm up with lots of dynamic stretches

then for about another 20-25 mins we did a circuit with lots of tricep dips, step ups and squats

then a quick warm down

so not very hard week but arms have definatly been worked hard!!!!!!!!!

really good - was in daylight so i could see things which was really weird

i dont think i have ever been on that run in the light (up hill, along track, up through wood and back along the top and down)

really enjoyed it =D
