Think im better now - felt fine today

going to start training again tomorrow just going to make sure i get lots of rest aswell so the cold doesnt come back :P

Was going to do a long run but wasn't feeling great today but didn't want to do nothing so decided to go for a short run today then do a long one on saturday. Was going really slowly though but was good :)
