Had a really good run exept just realised i missed out number 16 - which was only about 50m away from number 15!!!!! and it would have only teken about 20more secands at the most to go to it :(:(

REALLY annoyed because it was the first good run ive had at all the night events and was really pleased because i beet dad by lyk 8mins and was doing so well!!!! :(:(:(:(

but really enjoyed it - exept the last bit when my calves completly siezed up again but that was probs because i did no warm up :P

WU: Jogging, dynamic stretches then strides
WD: jogging and walking

Running intervals (pyramids) 23:00 [5] 5.35 km (4:18 / km)

1min fast, 1min 'active rest' (walking/jogging), 2min fast, 1 min active rest, 3min fast, 1min active rest ect... up to 4 mins then back down (3, 2, 1)

felt good but after my shins and calves completly siezed up and were really hurting; im gonna soak them in a hot bath and see how they are tomorrow

good interval session though - was going to do different ones (4x 5 mins with 90s rest inbetween but lost track of time so thought it would be quicker to do these ones :P

REALLY hard work today

jogging and dynimic stretches warmup, with strides for about 20minutes

then 10 laps, 15 exercises, 20 step ups for about 40minutes!!!!!! (the exercises were different each time) and we were going really fast aswell so it was really tiring

then a quick warm down

felt really tired but thats whats supposed to happen!!!! LOL was good
