Good sesh at Leeds Wall. However did some bouldering before starting and knakered my arms out too much so felt awful on the overhangs :(
Also really pulled something in my back - all swollen up on the RHS! But hopefully fine with some rest. :)
Really really really REALLY need to get way stronger - arms are so pathetic! Forearms are shot.

Much more about the stretching than with Eva, holding the poses for longer but really enjoyed it, going to try and get to all of his ones as well as Eva's if it fits my timetable :)

Horrible and misty all morning, then looked out of the window at about 1 and it was gorgeously sunny! Have been having the most unproductive day ever so thought I'd wake myself up by going for run and be extra productive after.
In reality it's just made me really sleep but hey ho such is life. #tomorrowisanewday

Just went down to the canal and along and across round the park on the other side then along a bit more and back :)

Good, thought I had worked pretty hard on my arms because they felt exhausted, but they are still fine 2 days later? Need to try even harder next time!
Fun but SO SO busy at 3, need to avoid going at that time.

Soreen Stanbury Splash with M & D at Penistone Country Hill Park.
SNOWWWWW!!!! So was actually shortened to the Stoop course instead.
Tbh I just wasn't feeling it at all, tired as just haven't slept well at all the last 2 nights, so just jogged it as a training run. Single file so would have been hard to race anyway and I just didn't fancy it!
But enjoyable to get out in the snow.

Was going to go to the gym with Jack but saw on the weather it was going to be nice to went for a run instead. Nice! Just up to the end of Meanwood then round and back the other way over the road. Fun and nice and easy :) shins a bit painful but ok.

Hmmmm good, but not as good as it used to be. Seemed way easier somehow, and weren't very good exercises but maybe that's just the CD, different instructor though.
BUT good to get moving at the end of the day.

Went to Hatha Yoga as couldn't make the normal class with Eva. Didn't really enjoy it, some good stretches but that was it, not v challenging at all, pretty boring!

First ever parkrun/5km! EVER! (Workington)
However, pretty sure it was only 4.9ish as Dad's garmin said that same thing.
But still, pretty pleased with that time especially considering the last two months of training haven't been that great (+ all the mince pies).
Also really nice to finish and know I have done my exercise for the day already :P
Going to try and get to some in Leeds! (said this all last year but this time I WILL)

One last run up the Hay before going back to Leeds tomorrow. Shins still tweeking a bit from the race on Sunday, but only a tiny bit.
Nice evening in the end, just started raining a bit at the end but had a lucky spell of nice sunset weather for the most part!
A bit annoyingly muddy again but not too bad. :)

Was feeling so pathetic today, arms deffo not recovered from Tuesday and think I pulled something in the left shoulder as it was really hurting!
Ended up top roping stuff as was getting too tired leading and not enjoying it as much. Two great new routes at the end though! :)

Suchhh a nice run. Actually a really nice day today?! I missed most of the sunshine but was still really nice and the perfect temperature for running, really nice to run at this time of the evening (well not evening at all actually, but when the suns going down so looks like evening!).
Nice and relaxed (slow), but fun.

Cycled to Keswick to meet Dad and go climbing. Enjoyed the cycle SO SO MUCH!? Was just a nice day, no wind, perfect cycling temperature, bright (compared to recent weather).

Really good session with Dad! Both just lead all of our climbs, doing 5b's - 6c's.
Really fun, climbing from about 16:45 - 18:20. Not sure how many routes... 7?
Did a really cool 6a which went under and over a ledge (i.e. overhanging ledge thing) at one point, completely ruined my arms but fun!

Yoga! Got a yoga mat from Amazon, it's not very good (not sticky enough) but it's just about good enough to be able to do yoga on my own YAY. So relaxing, just did gently stretching stuff.

Annoying because started almost 20 mins late - hate trying to warm up for something then starting late, end up doing aimless running around and jumping on the spot to keep warm!

Running race (Scout Scar) 37:00 [5] 7.35 km (5:02 / km) +187m 4:28 / km

First race of 2016! Safe to say it was very very slow and hard work, but expected that as I've only done a couple of easy runs since November when it all went downhill!
But pleased in the fact that I worked hard, and had a good race with two ladies who I was running with all the way but managed to pull away again on the last hill and sprinted the downhill to stay ahead at the end :)
Bit of a shock to the system but work me up for 2016 :)

New Years run around the Town Moor (Newcastleeee/Gosforth) with Jack! Very very slow and very very muddy and just had road shoes so slipping around all over the place! But good to get out for a short one :)
