Ran to Cromer Terrace to meet everyone (XC) then ran around Hyde Park as well. Also did a few drills, then ran to the hill for reps.

Running hills 7:00 [5]

10 reps of sprints up a hill... roughly 40-ish s for each I think. Jog down for recovery.

Then a pyramid. Squats, lunges, press ups, russian twists, crunches. 8 of each, then 10, 12, 14, 12, 10, 8.

Very boring course, 100% flat playing fields, so not very inspiring.
Felt very strange to be running so fast on such flat ground for not very long... rubbish time but oh well.

Jog to the Edge for Circuits with Athletics Club.
Then after joined XC at Cromer Terrace and did a short loop with them, leaving half way to jog home.
Could feel my leg tightening towards the end but no pain so that's good. Should be fine after stretching.

30s on 30s off, going around 13 exercises. Repeated 3 times.

Morning run, exploring Woodhouse Ridge! Fun, found some nice paths :D
Leg was noticable but didn't stop me, tried to keep my stride long (it tightens up when running slow), and it doesn't seem to be any worse from it :D

Slow run with the x country club on Woodland Valley Trail (?), unsure of the route so a bit of stopping and starting. Wanted to run back as well but IT band was really really painful so had to get the bus. :/
