Quick spin down the Isel Road, past the bridge at the bottom of Bassenthwaite Lake and round up the Embleton Road.
Isel Road is so horrible to bike on! There isn't a single bit which isn't horrible bumpy tarmac, then the Embleton Road is soooo smooth and nice - next time might just do laps of the Embleton Road, would be good for bike intervals!

Started at 20 vee-bends, then 20 pressups.
Then 18 vee-bends, 18 pressups.
Kept going down in two's until finished :)

Holding weights in various static positions - horrible - always end up with weights that are too heavy, then changed but by this time was worn out!

Been ill AGAIN, was in bed all weekend and the start of the week.
Ok again now, just reccy'd the cycling part of the route - from Skiddaw to the Hay. Need to adjust the bike and get used to it -everything hurt!
