Machine excersise x50, then a run which seemed to be based on training for the next James Bond film, had to slide under a table and stuff!
13 different ones, then did it again but with a shorter run and 10 reps on each machine.

Good, definitely improved massively, no way would I be able to have done the side planks in September! :)
